Only in this location do they not give a full cup of matcha without ice I’ve been to many other locations and they’ve given me a full cup without any ice. The service is very mid considering the fact that the drink that is made contains ice more than the actual drink and this is not the first time this has happened, been here many times and there’s always more ice. I recommend going to the cafe Nero in Sutton as they give a way better service than Cheam.

I visited Caffè Nero in Cheam on a Sunday afternoon. The café was quite busy, with nearly every table taken. Despite the crowd, the staff were friendly, attentive, and worked efficiently to serve everyone. Because it was so busy, I noticed that some empty tables still had cups left behind by previous customers. It wasn’t ideal, but considering how crowded it was, it was understandable. Overall, it was a lively atmosphere with great service, and I would be happy to visit again.

I love this coffee shop; the staff are always welcoming and greet customers warmly. However, only issue is that students often occupy seats even when they haven’t ordered. Sometimes, one person takes up two tables (sofa seats), so I often can’t find a place to sit. I think the staff should do something about this.

I had such a lovely experience at Nero today, thanks to a truly wonderful team member, Jarmila B. She was attentive and thoughtful from the moment I walked in. She even offered me a paper bag to keep my belongings safe so I could properly enjoy my delicious Nero tiramisu coffee — such a simple gesture, but so considerate. She greeted me with a big smile and even remembered to ask how my day was. It was clear she knew many of the other customers too, which shows how well she connects with people.
