Finally found our local fishmonger, Harry! Two days ago (15/3/2023) We bought sashimi grade salmon, sea breams, they were 600g each. Tiger prawns. Will eat them prawns today. For sea bream, we steamed for 13mins with induction heat #13, after steaming, we then poured green onions, garlic and onions on top. For sashimi, we got Harry to take the skin off, but we keep it for pan grilling. Well delicious and fresh. My kid helped to slice the salmon into bite size. Harry does sell wasabi, but had no stock. So we had to find elsewhere. Today, we ordered more salmon over the phone. Will see what

First time me and my fiancée have gone into Harry's (21/09/24) and we wasn't disappointed, both Harry and Sarah were very knowledgeable and patient, also took the time to give recommendations on how to cook the fish, the time and at what heat. We got a lovely bit of Monk fish for an amazing price, it tasted great (better than bits we have had in resturants) when we had cooked it that night we had some nice white wine to go with it. We shall be returning!
