I go into the Porter Brook regularly and I always find the bar staff really welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is always friendly and the food and drink are also reasonably priced. I ordered a margarita and an aperol spritz. This was the first time I ordered cocktails from a Greene King pub and they were soooo good! Keira served us and she was so friendly, I showed her my student ID and she gave me 20% off and a little card to use again for the discount. I will be back with my friends!

Great food and good price for food and beer. It was a bit busy on a Friday night and it was a great touch when the waitress came to reassure us our food was on it's way. The flat iron steak was amazing for the price.
