Paid for food I never received and refused a refund by Just Eat I placed an order with KFC through Just Eat. The delivery was significantly delayed, and the driver informed me that the restaurant had run out of chicken, which was causing issues with orders. When the food finally arrived, items I had paid for were missing. I reported this to Just Eat immediately, but they refused to refund the food that was not delivered. I understand mistakes can happen, whether by the restaurant or the delivery service, but customers should not have to pay for items they never receive. Very disappointed with

Twice now. I have taken advantage of the 10 mini fillets for 7.99 only to find them hardly cooked, not even warm. And a terrible stomach after. Not worth it

It amazes me how KFC still survives when all this restaurant does is mess up orders. The food isn't good, they give the wrong burger and they miss out part of the meal. Now they have added, giving extra food that wasn't ordered and charge for it. KFC surbiton used to be good but over the last 10 years it has become one of the worst KFCs around, absolute disgrace. Go to another store surbiton is rubbish
