I was there to order the same coffee I order every single day. I was given the wrong coffee. Maybe they didn't hear me correctly and it's early, I might have missed the goof on the ordering screen, had not had my coffee yet. I mentioned the mix up at the window. Instead of politely declining or just grumpily changing it, they basically yelled at me that I did order the coffee they said I did which is not the order I get literally every single day. 8:50pm 1/18/26 I have visited this Dunkin and I have picked my order which I pacifically requested chocolate glaze, I’m sure the employee did not understood and give me wrong donuts, I have gone home and have trip planned for my son who loves chocolate glaze donuts and upon finding out they give me wrong ones I return to get the right item and I have requested if they would change it if it’s possible and if not then I don’t mind paying for the right item, store main entrance was closed so I had to drive to drive thru and Caucasian male at the window listen to what I requested and and told me t

If I could give 0 stars I would. No hot water in the bathroom and the dryer is too close to the wall so you touch the dirty wall while drying your hands. The workers are very angry and rude here.
