What I love most is that this restaurant perfectly balances steakhouse classics with standout seafood options. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection! The mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and broccoli were a hit! The lamb chops are a must to order for an appetizer. Overall a great experience, can’t wait to go back!

There was no characteristic dry-aged flavor or aroma — no nuttiness, no depth, just a watery, bland taste. The steak released a large amount of liquid while eating, which is not typical for properly dry-aged beef. The fat and lean separated badly, there was excessive connective tissue, and the texture was chewy rather than tender. Honestly, the overall quality was worse than the $15/lb steaks I buy at Costco.
