I ordered regular coffee with milk and sugar and used to drive thru as usual and there was no busy. I repeated my order twice, and in the end, I only managed to get a black coffee. I could have understood if I had placed a complicated order. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but it is incomprehensible to order a basic coffee with milk and sugar and get black coffee instead.

After going through a renovation few months back, this is like the most gorgeous DD ever. They have a drive thru lane, very spacious inside, with slick new tables, chairs and 2 self ordering kiosks. Alongside DD goods, they also have Baskin Robins ice cream for cones and also in tubs. We went in evening hours and still they had an excellent inventory of donuts and bakery goods. We didn’t have wait in line for too long. Got one donut right away and the hash brown was ready for pickup in couple of minutes.

I absolutely love the weekday morning crew, not so much the night weekend crew. Drinks are made poorly or wrongly. I feel the weekend night crew are not attentive enough. I’m speaking on the crew that service the counter, not the drive thru. I’ve been coming here for years and I understand things happen, but it can be frustrating. I have to remember not to come here during certain times.

This is easily the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I have ever visited. The level of disorganization and slow service is unacceptable. Despite having several employees on staff, it took over 10 minutes just to receive a basic cup of coffee. Orders are handled carelessly, and the overall operation feels sloppy and poorly managed. The drive-through experience is even worse. Wait times can reach 25 minutes or more because orders are taken extremely slowly and there is often no one stationed at the window. Customers are left sitting with no explanation or sense of urgency, which is incredibly frustr
