McDonald’s 326 S. Washington Ave. Bergenfield , NJ 07622 Big Arch Value Meal This specialty burger is available for a limited time. It consists of two quarter pound beef patties, white cheddar, lettuce, onions, pickles, and Big Arch sauce on a bun with sesame seeds and poppy seeds. This burger definitely surpasses the size of both the signature Big Mac and Double Quarter Pounder. The sauce is creamier and tangier than the traditional Mac Sauce. For the most part, I am truly impressed with this new creation. My only critique is to stick to the sesame seed bun. The poppy seeds did not d

So i ordered thru the app, im missing my pancakes on my big breakfast and cheese and egg on my mcgriddle and i hope this can be fixed bc i always order from this location and its the first time this has happened to me

Update 1/17/26 Keeping rating at 1 star for giving me Ice with soda instead of Soda with ice. Update 7/12/25 Keeping rating at 1 star...it seems they will never learn how to expedite orders. Update 4/25/25 It's gotten better...so updating from one star to three. Service seems to have gotten faster. Update 10/14/24 A McDonald's with no McNuggets and no soda...it's time to shutdown this location 🤦🏻‍♂️ Update 9/24 They have gone back to working super slow and not expediting orders properly...very annoying 😠 Update 10/23 App orders hasn't been working at this location for over a month 🤦‍♂️ Ba

This location likes to steal from the mobile pickup orders - they don't acknowledge the mobile orders even if you show a receipt and card transaction. Many many times, I order for pickup for my older kids and they say it's not paid for, they say it's not in the order list...even if we show proof of payment. You just lost plenty local customers.
