Sitting right here at the store. Couldn't wait to write this review. First, the girl making my burrito was in another world and wouldn't understand me. I said less lettuce she tried to put more. Then she didn't know how to wrap it in the tortilla. The girl at the cashier had to. I asked for a fountain drink, they said they didn't have any ice. Went to get a fork and knife and they only had forks. Terrible service!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill was frustrating from start to finish. First, the service was extremely careless. The employee taking my order barely acknowledged me, rushed through the line, and didn’t seem interested in getting anything right. The portions were also noticeably smaller than what you’d expect, especially considering the prices. The scoop of rice was uneven and skimpy, the protein portion looked like half a serving compared to what I’ve gotten at other locations, and I had to ask for a reasonable amount of toppings.
