So I’ve been coming to Culver’s for a while and this one was in the way home and we wanted some Custard. So we went in ordered some Custard and it was really soft like closer to soft serve. On top of that the floors were really sticky like your shoe is being pulled off your foot sticky. Definitely not up to the standard other Culver’s that I’ve been to have been

The attention to detail for a customer's food order has gotten worse over the past few months. Some of their employees act professionally, most of them are apathetic. The quality of the employees at this location is disappointing. You will find better employees working at the McDonald's in Chaska near Hazeltine. They are professional, and are never apathetic.

Decided to stop by for a drive thru visit and this location did not disappoint! I received very accurate and helpful service, it was quick and everything tasted awesome. I just had to take a pic of my turtle custard bc they did such a good job on it! Plus the grilled onions were perfect on my burger. Only complaint would be that my fries completely spilled in the bag, like they were out in there upside down… still tasted good tho haha

My wife and I visited here looking for a low cost meal, kind of healthy. Got a single burger, no cheese, veggies and salad with vinaigrette dressing(shared one packet. We "messed this up"with using a few coupons for free scoop of custard. Very efficient, competent, well trained , pleasant employees.
