Today we went through the driveway thru and had to say hello so that we can place our order. As placing our order we were told the veggie burger is no longer available. Just ordering one meal instead of two we pulled up to the window at waited to pay for that one meal. The window never opened. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. I am writing this because this isn't the first time receiving poor customer service from this particular Culver's. I am hoping this will help with better training for the drive thru in the future

Its culvers come on. Always clean well little good parking good food and service that is excellent. This is no exception to the norm for the chain. Easy in and out or dine in always a pleasure. Price is on the higher side for fast food. You get what you pay for here though.

I love Culver's. Their burgers are great. Normally, the service is great but this time I did my order on the app and they prepared but didn't call out my name so we sat there and waited about five minutes after the order was finished.

I placed a drive thru order 4-3-25 around 6:10pm. I waited nearly 20 mins from ordering to getting my food only to get home and find out they didn’t give me my curds, buffalo sauce, and ranch I ordered. Super disappointed as going back up to the store is not an option for me as I live nearly 20 mins away. I would like a manager to reach out to me about refund options.
