The potatoes were the standout here—they are very soft and flavorful—almost like they are stewed and then thrown on the grill for browning. The biscuit was tasty and grew on me, as it is the dense/heavy type. Worth a stop in Chico!

The breakfast potatoes and scrambled eggs are either pitch perfect or soggy and overcooked. This time, my food came out about 6 minutes after ordering in an otherwise empty restaurant. That quick turnaround should have been a red flag for the quality. To Mom's directly: Thanks for your restaurant. I have a couple of suggestions that might help with consistency.
