Had to pull up and wait for a LONG TIME for two spicy sandwiches and fries. Was ready to leave a bad review BUT when the gentleman brought my order out he handed me a gift card and apologized for the wait. THAT’S what sets chik filet apart…admitting when they could have done better without it even being pointed out. GREAT JOB GUYS! THAT’S how you keep customers!🙌🏻

Historically every Chick-fil-A is pretty good the people are nice ......not Cleburne they never get my order right ,I just got a parfait that I love so much with no strawberries ,called was told that there's a strawberry shortage. maybe mention that whenever I order it.Then was told by the manager oh well I just need to add that into training!! No it's common sense if you're out of strawberries and somebody order something with strawberries say hey we don't have any strawberries would you like just blueberries! it's not that hard and it's not that serious it's strawberries but come on staff is
