This Chipotle location at Northtown Mall is consistently disappointing. Today, a guy in front of me asked for fajitas, but they were out and no one made more. I then ordered a chicken bowl and asked for chipotle chicken, but they also said they wouldn’t make more—same situation as the fajitas. The store had a full crew, but the line had no product available. I ended up getting regular chicken and rice it tasted plain with no flavor. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this location.

I deliver for DoorDash, and this restaurant shows absolutely no consideration for delivery drivers. When you arrive, no one even looks at you; you can stand there for several minutes without anyone asking why you're there. Then, when your order is ready, they just set it down instead of handing it directly to you. Very poor service. 👎

If you can make it to any other Chipotle, I’d suggest you go there because you’ll probably be happier with your experience. I’ve been to this one at Northtown several times and it keeps getting worse. After today I figured it’s time to write a review and hope things get better down the road because I’m not coming back to this one for a while. This Chipotle js really poorly run. Just walking in, it’s impossible to not notice all the trash littered everywhere in the parking lot. The staff generally act like customers are an imposition. My order has been incorrect numerous times. The second to last time we were in, they did not include my chips that I paid for. Went in and told them about it and they refused to give me a free bag of chips. I can understand that people are probably trying to get free stuff, but a bag of chips?????? Never eating here again. I’m so sick of sub-par customer CARE!!!!
