⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mohammed went above and beyond with his customer service today! There was a mix-up with my order at first and we were asked to wait at the front, but Mohammed stepped in and handled everything perfectly. He fixed the order quickly, made sure everything was right, and provided excellent customer service with a great attitude. Employees like him make all the difference — he deserves a raise! 👏👏

Food is great but customer service is horrible. Employees seem like they don’t want to be there. No friendliness, no greetings, one lady just hollered my name multiple times with a scowl on her face (she was saying it wrong which is why I didn’t grab my order right away). I’ve worked in retail for many years so I know it’s not easy, but having a nasty attitude towards everyone who walks through those doors is doing yourself and your customers a disservice.

The last 5 times I been to this location, they have made my ice coffee wrong. Even after I ask and tell them directly. They still rush and just hand you your order.
