My wife placed a to go order for ribs to highlight our Memorial day gathering. Unfortunately the food quality was substantially deficient. The ribs we received were tough and rubbery. Some of the order was undercooked with redness still visible. We were only able to make use of your product after cooking them appropriately. Whoever is responsible for cooking your ribs needs further instructions on appropriately determining doneness by internal measurements. I am not sure if the membrane was completely removed from the order we received, but they were too tough. Tobe readily eaten.

Nothing memorable. Food ordering was done at the take out counter. Foods I ordered (chicken tenders, which were dry, not tender, and not tasty, ffs, baked beans) appeared to have been made well in advance and just reheated before serving. Server forgot one of my sides. Plasticware, soda, BBQ sauce, etc. was all self service, seating was cafeteria style. Not expensive, but still not worth it to me.

The food at SHANE’s rib shack is amazing. The ribs are very tender smoked flavor all through the meat. The barbecue outstanding hotdog most delicious and most of all was important. Is the customer service and the people that work at the SHANE rib shack I really enjoyed the food, the customer service and the pleasant atmosphere.
