Disappointed by the experience… I came in with patience, but unfortunately that patience was taken for granted. There were empty Teas and had to politely remind front counter it was empty. I waited close to 30 minutes while multiple customers who ordered after me received their food first. When my order was finally brought out, it was incomplete— missing one of my sandwiches. Unfortunately no real apology was given after finally explaining 3 times what my order was. Rib special deal on Saturday and Sunday is perfect for a budget day/night out. Can't beat that price for two people to walk out with full bellies. Love the fact you can choose your own extra sauce, so no one has complaints there. The peach tea is undefeated, pure love in your cup and you can take a gallon home.

I spent about $40 on a pick up order only to get home and find a piece of gum or maybe it's melted plastic in my food. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I had to throw out all the food coz I wasn't sure what else could have been done to my food. I call the store and speak to Marcos and he has a nasty attitude right away. He asks me if I'm joking and starts arguing with me and insinuating that I am lying. Whenever I come to the store Marcos always has something smart to say.
