We ordered from this location a couple of weeks ago and it was an experience worthy of repeating. I wish I could say the same for today. We ordered a sampler and a pulled pork plate. The only thing worth eating was the chicken tenders. The pulled pork was dry and the ribs resembled jerky. This experience just made me seek options. Sorry, one good meal made me return and one good meal made me choose not to. As you can see in the images that meat is dry and hard.

Shane's is mid barbecue at best. It'll usually fix a barbecue craving since Rome doesn't have any barbecue places any better than mid. I was craving smoked wings. Big mistake. I ordered the 10 count smoked wings, fries, baked beans. Just plain smoked wings. If that's what you're wanting, that's not what you'll get. Mind you, the menu picture shows typical smoked wings. What you get are 100% obviously baked wings, and Shane's isn't even trying to hide it. Nothing remotely resembling pit-smoked chicken wings. They don't even try to fake a smoky flavor. Baked. Go to Moe's Barbecue if you want SMO

Don't walk, run from this place!! I got he baby back ribs & they were nothing but fat & still very pink! The wife got a grilled chicken salad & the chicken was so dry, she could barely eat it! Hope your food comes out better than ours but for us......... we're one & done!! Not going back

The meat was so dry and chewy even when covered in sauce. I ordered buns and didn't get them instead I recieved texas toast only which I ordered on the side. Every side was terrible, this has got to be the worse bbq Ive ever had
