So we've tried this 2x I ordered the bowl and my wife ordered the cup of soup. Its allegedly 4 oz more for the bowl. Doesn't really look like it. Just know that you are not getting much more if you upgrade to the bowl....

Anyone that’s left a good review clearly didn’t use the drive through. It is so slow, and because of the landscaping you get stuck forcing you to wait over 30 minutes. It has happened multiple times over multiple months. The food is also burned more often than not or cold from waiting so long.

Our most recent experience at this location was by far the worst. I advise upper management to check their cameras (01/06/2026 @11:20-11:35 AM) Noelle was the assigned cashier and the mannerisms of the so-called "manager" with the bad attitude. It isn't our fault the employees made a terrible Iced Creme Brulee Latte (which we've had before). It tasted like watered down cream! My wife asked politely for a refund because it was not good. The manager stormed up to provide the refund and after thanking her, she closed the drive thru door and continued to walk off. To which, my wife exclaimed thank

I have been a long time Panera customer. Can someone tell why the drive is so poorly run? Panera needs to take some lessons from Chick-fil-A and Bojangles in Garner. Panera loses so much business at drive through. Why if one order takes longer than others - ask people to pull up front and that does not hold up the line. This is simply poor management.
