Great customer service skills and I hope she stays and thrives! I made a review about half a year- a year ago saying that the employee I dealt with was rude and the donuts weren’t fresh it seemed but just wanted to update and say that whoever she is, is fantastic 🙂 and donuts were great too 💕
Love Durango★Makes me never want to go to Dunkin’ again. You walk in - no one says hi - they ignore you until you order on the screen and something goes wrong and you have to get someone’s attention to fix it . They had very limited selection - which I understand since it was 2.5 hours to closing - but since they ignore you and make you order on the screen - you have to keep looking to match up what was still available to where it is on the screen. DO BETTER DUNKIN’ be more customer service orientated !!

Coven Coffin★I order donuts to work, specifically Boston kreme and I get chocolate covered donuts with a different filling instead ??? They always seem to mess up the simplest orders and or be too lazy to make anything. I'd give 0 rating if I could 👎🏻
