I’m not sure who the girl is that was taking orders at the drive through today (5/22/26) around 10-10:30ish but she is SO sweet!! Great customer service skills and I hope she stays and thrives! I made a review about half a year- a year ago saying that the employee I dealt with was rude and the donuts weren’t fresh it seemed but just wanted to update and say that whoever she is, is fantastic 🙂 and donuts were great too 💕

Makes me never want to go to Dunkin’ again. You walk in - no one says hi - they ignore you until you order on the screen and something goes wrong and you have to get someone’s attention to fix it . They had very limited selection - which I understand since it was 2.5 hours to closing - but since they ignore you and make you order on the screen - you have to keep looking to match up what was still available to where it is on the screen. DO BETTER DUNKIN’ be more customer service orientated !!

The gentleman working the drive through window this past Saturday was so cheery and kind and it made our Dunkin experience great! It’s nice even with all the hustle and bustle, there was so much hospitality shown. This is our favorite location!

I order donuts to work, specifically Boston kreme and I get chocolate covered donuts with a different filling instead ??? They always seem to mess up the simplest orders and or be too lazy to make anything. I'd give 0 rating if I could 👎🏻
