This is the second time (been three times) where we were served a messy product (locations in NY has always served picture perfect burgers). Sauce and cheese all over the wrapper, and milkshake on the outside of the cup (I wiped it before taking the picture). There was only one helpful staff member there. My husband needed a drink refill and two staff members just looked at us and ignored us (no one was in line and only one other guest was waiting for food). They were joking with each other paying us no mind until one young lady finally walked up to us and greeted us. We got our food at 1

Picked up Shake Shack for the first time today and it was pretty good! After seeing the low reviews about long wait times, I decided to place an order online so I wouldn't have to wait. Bonus: on Fridays, online orders get a free fry! The burgers are tasty, but a bit small for how much they cost. The veggie patty they have is good, not the best I've had but definitely not the worst! I got the crinkle fries with just salt, and they were pretty unremarkable. The mango passionade was good! Not too sweet and refreshing.

Burger was a little bit too greasy. I got the healthy bacon avocado cheese burger, wrapped in lettuce instead of the bun (minus the bacon) and a strawberry shake. Service was great and the restaurant was very clean and inviting.

They got my order wrong, but the manager addressed it immediately. My avocado chicken sandwich was perfect the 2nd time. The burger tastes like a real burger. The fries are standard fast food crinkle cut fries. FYI they don't have combos, so for a big family, the costs would add up quickly.
