My family and I are loyal Culver’s customers and regularly visit another location, where we consistently receive friendly service and positive experiences. Unfortunately, our experience at this specific location on May 25 was extremely disappointing and unlike anything we’ve encountered before. I placed an order for 3 kids meals through the drive-thru and redeemed 30 Scoopie coupons that we had been saving for quite some time. Very disappointed today. Paid 1.50 extra for bacon and it was barely cooked! You can serve people bacon raw, someone will get sick. Looks lile my burger fell apart whole cooking it and they just threw the pieces on the bun and threw the toppings on there. This cost too much for it to be this bad. Maybe it’s just this location but I have never had s problem until today.

Made me pay for a mistake that they made. I ordered one fry and one cheese curd as sides. When I get my order I pulled around again bc I realized they got my order wrong. I was told I had to PAY for a mistake that they made on their end in order to get the cheese curds I wanted. How does that even make sense and why do I have to pay ?
