We came in about 9:20 ish PM and we normally don’t have issues with this location but tonight was absolutely horrendous. Darlene was great as usual but the manager seem to have a slight attitude maybe stress got the best of her because she’s usually not like this I get it I worked in food for years. The burger was like eating jerky on a bun. Number one rule of food if you wouldn’t eat it yourself don’t expect someone else to eat it. Really disappointed in my experience tonight. Get some rest and start a new day crew of Stroop rd McDonald’s. Love and light big hugs.

Slowest service. I put in a mobile order which usually saves time but not the case. Put the order in at 10:00 and got the order at 10:43. Door dash gets priority they all were fast. Made me self service my drinks after a 40+ minute wait.

Lady at the counter was very helpful. Took my granddaughter for lunch. Haven't been inside for years and I must say it seems antiseptic now, lots of space and elbow room. Almost like an airport restaurant

You would think a manager can manage situations and issues. I calmly told Krystal I was double charged and she IMMEDIATELY began yelling like a crazy person. Then when she did give me the refund she was very rude & even flipped me off as she walked away. AS A MANAGER and an old lady truly maybe reflect. If you cant handle a simple refund request Im scared for your workers
