Always dirty bathrooms in Safeway. Please clean it! The store offers a nice variety of groceries at good prices, but customer facilities have been in a dirty state for years. Any time I come in they always look unhygienic, neglected and filthy.

Usually,I absolutely love this store. Most people here are friendly (other people think you’re stealing while you’re at self check out and it’s really insulting). Pharmacy,PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONES! I’m trying to pick up my medication at a Safeway that’s closer to me. This Safeway (401 A),has filled it and I’m trying to tell them to cancel it. I don’t want to pay out of pocket because this pharmacy won’t answer their phones. I’m aware that some incredibly amazing people have left, but please ANSWER YOUR PHONES. Usually I like this store. It's in the heart of Lake Oswego and has a very neighborhood feel. Not today. The checkout gal had an attitude. She never smiled. Never said doc I'll find everything okay? The only thing out of her mouth was a look of disdain at my bag and to tell me it smelled. I couldn't smell a thing. Perhaps next time a little more friendly customer service.
