“fantastic made to order butter burger.”

We arrived and got to order straight away. 2 kids meal and one adult meal. After a ln almost half an hour wait for 2 burgers and a corn dog we got burgers that tasted burnt and everything had lettuce stuck to it and the wrappers. There was average customer flow so it wasn't super busy. I had to also ask for lids for our drinks since they were out but I will say that as always the tables and floor are always clean when we are here.

It's Culver's, no surprises. The food was good as expected, however I didn't receive my cocktail sauce. I was asked, and it was on the receipt. The lemon slice was a little tiny lemon cube. It was about a quarter of a normal lemon slice. I had already left the restaurant so I didn't bother with either. The lemon was almost comical. I should have taken a picture of it.

Customer service on a friday night was awful. No one smiling or rushing despite being busy. i was not allowed to pickup my carryout thru the drive thru which is highly inconvenient! My burger that costs $7 comes with ONE tiny onion. Thats the only topping I choose and they cant throw a couple more on? I ordered 3 sides of honey mustard for my chicken and didnt get a single one. Didnt attempt to give me my custard or drinks once I got my food 15 minutes later. The floor in the lobby is also very sticky. Wont be back anytime soon!

What the heck, Culver's? Pennies are STILL legal tender and you won't take a few pennies so a customer can pay with exact change? I realize why the government won't make pennies any longer, but they are still legal tender. This policy you've adopted is annoying. The kid at the drive up window was super-nice about it, but...wth?
