This place is absolutely horrible. Not only did they mess up all my food the manager was completely rude about it! They tried to say that the dasher grabbed the wrong bag it mustve been someone elses order. Thats wrong! The other bagels i ordered were fine. Also if this was “ someone elses order” why was it burnt and dry? Thats acceptable food to serve your customers? This place is disgusting. They gave me one sandwich with absolutely nothing and my other was burnt with no egg. They said call doordash thats all they can do. Not an apology or anything.

I have been to this Biggby a couple times now. I always leave there, joking with my partner that every employee that works at this location personally deserves a little forehead kiss. Each person I have interacted with has been nothing but extremely helpful and kind, even when I have an odd order. They make a delicious blended ice drink and a mean bragel. I find myself craving the Ham & Cheese Bragel on on Asigo Bagel often and it is ALWAYS a 10/10. They have plenty of options for coffees, teas, and other drinks, as well as a variety of café treats! I come here often i would say , i always get the same thing & it always taste trash. I get EXTRA flavor , 5 pumps of 2 different flavors at that ( white chocolate & caramel ) & my coffee is still always the bitterest thing on earth. At first i thought i needed to add more flavor cause beforehand i was only doing 4 extra pumps but i had them do 5 & it’s still so bitter . the point of the flavor is to make it sweet. $8 down the drain & a coffee gone to waste , i won’t be a returning customer anymore.

Met up with a friend to do work on laptops. A comfortable area and staff are always available to get us what we needed. There are some good restaurants within walking distance (half mile each way). I plan to come here whenever I need to just get away and enjoy good drinks.
