I ordered lunch through Doordash and had to wait in the store for 30min after the app said it was ready. The lady in the front said it was in the back and the lady in the back said it was in the front. I then asked a man not in uniform who was in the back, where is my order and he brought it out 5 mins later stating it was in the back. Staff needs to be trained better and needs better customer service skills.

I recently met a client at Panera Bread in Garden City and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the layout of the restaurant, along with ample parking, made it convenient. It's a fantastic spot for a quick bite. However, if you're not a regular visitor, be prepared for the prices, as they may be on the higher side and could give you a bit of a sticker shock.

Food is pretty good for the price, depending on what you oder. It's best to repeat your order a few times so it comes out right the 1st time. When its busy I can understand it happens. But it was not.
