My family LOVES Culver's! But this location has not met our expectations. We thought it was just because we went when it was busy, but we went today when it was not busy at all, and the service was still bad. They don't assemble the food very well, so it's okay because they use good ingredients, but it is put together in a sloppy way. Burger toppings are sparse and not spread out evenly, my husband's burger was sitting for so long it was soggy enough to oozed and make a hole in the box. The kids meal is a lot of food for your dollar but you make up the price in the time you spend in the drive through line. I went at about 2:00pm and there was only one lady in front of me but I waited for 10-15 minutes for my food. The lady who helped at the window was super nice. When I opened my burger at my office it had pickles and mustard, two things I did not request when building my burger. And that is why I am giving a three star review.

6.20.26 My son just moved up to USU. Five of his friends drove up to help and move him in and to send him off. After getting him moved in I decided to treat him and his friends to lunch. I asked him what they wanted to eat and they said a burger, so I saw Culver's down the street. The guy at the counter was nice and took our order quickly. The root beer is always good. The general manager at this Logan location who worked the evening shift of 5/23/26 (I believe his name was Stuart) was absolutely AMAZING! Stuart had by the BEST customer service of any Culver’s my family has ever been to and we frequent our Bountiful location regularly! We had ordered some food for the family & the pretzel bites were, for whatever reason, very hard and too tough to chew. Maybe freezer burn? Not sure but no matter! Stuart went out his way to make it right and make the experience amazing for our family! He was empathetic, understanding, kind, professional, and bar-none the BEST
