Culver's always been one of my favorite places even though I don't eat meat but I love their butterfly shrimp dinner that comes with a dinner roll with butter, 6 crispy fried butterfly shrimps with cocktail sauce, Cole slaw and fries. It is absolutely delicious. My hubby got the 3 piece fried cod fish dinner and my little guy got their delicious double Swiss cheese mushroom burger with fries and they both enjoyed it. We also got the scoop of the day which was the chocolate Caramel twist and that was fantastic! This particular Culver's is absolutely amazing. Super clean and the staff is phenom

I waited in line for more than 10 minutes for two shakes and fries for my kids. The wait, you would think, means hot, fresh food. The shakes were literally the consistency of milk and the fries were cold and oversalted. I cannot believe that they send out food like this! They charge good money and the product quality does not match the cost! If the food is going to be horrible, at least dont make me wait for it. Avoid this place uat all costs, unless you enjoy paying money to be extremely disappointed!!

Last night, my friends and I were at Culver’s when we experienced the top level of customer service. Some other occupants of the restaurant were repeatedly harassing my friends and I, as well as being generally obnoxious and rude. However, our server Steve quickly recognized the situation took care of it with grace. He asked the boys to stop, but when they did not, he kicked them out. After the fact, he apologized to our table profusely and encouraged a general welcoming atmosphere. He was very kind and made sure that Culver’s did not tolerate that type of rude behavior.
