I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my experience at this McDonald’s location on February 19, 2026. I went inside to order two McFlurrys because the drive-thru line was very long. Unfortunately, despite choosing to go inside, the front counter and the customers waiting there were repeatedly ignored. There appeared to be a manager on duty (wearing a different uniform shirt) who consistently avoided the front counter unless she was greeting individuals she seemed to know personally. Went through the drive-thru to order a medium iced coffee. After paying and receiving my order, I realized there were only two ice cubes in it. I had somewhere to be at a specific time, which is the only reason I didn’t go back, but this was very frustrating. Iced coffee was not made properly.
