Let me start by saying I love RibCrib and have been to several locations. On this visit, the service was great and most of the food was good except the brisket. The brisket was so dry my wife and I had trouble swallowing it. This old dried out brisket should never have been served to anyone. Our server did talk to the people preparing the food and brought us out a small sampling of fresh brisket, which was cooked perfect, but it didn't replace what we ordered.

We had a great experience at Rib Crib in Owasso, and our server Austin did an excellent job. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out right. Austin checked on us without being overbearing and made the meal feel easy and enjoyable. Great service, good food, and we’ll definitely be back!

Friendly staff. Service was good. Pulled pork was almost cold but tasted good. Not much meat on the ribs but ok if you just wanted a small snack or taste. Fries were good. Coleslaw was too bland for me. We were there for a rib dinner.

Unfortunately I can't give a rating on the service or atmosphere because I never made it through the door. Paying attention to your customers is part of the service. I was outside waiting for them to open the doors. I was unaware that they opened the doors. A line started from behind me and the greeter was on her phone inside. I thought she had not opened the doors yet. When I walked up to see if the doors were open, they were. Do you see what I'm getting at? She either wasn't paying attention or I knew we were waiting to get in. She didn't open the door and say we're open come on in. This may
