This was genuinely the nastiest food I have ever gotten from dunkin. I got the bacon egg and cheese bagel and the hashbrowns, along with some iced coffee. Coffee was BURNT, tasted so bad. Hashbrowns were inedible, you can tell the fryer oil hasn’t been changed in the last decade or so. Not to mention the bagel was completely burnt. I ordered on Uber Eats so paid extra for this disgusting food. I am so disappointed because I used to get the bacon egg and cheese bagel all the time and it was delicious. Do not recommend the Raytown location. Gross

Been to Dunkin a few times over the last week and the staff is just wonderful! Even when they're really busy like this morning. The guy at the window was very pleasant and the lady who took my order was really nice as well over the speaker. I'll definitely be back

Not my favorite Dunkin experience. Never received my coffee even after having to ask for my donut. Not a very receptive staff. She did apologize for not getting my donut before helping other customers but I still waited for my coffee. After a stretch of time, I just left. Will not return.
