Placed a mobile order while in the store at 8:07am. Nobody was manning the register. Store was empty, drive thru was steady but not busy. Got iced coffees at 8:10 and was told the food was still being worked on. Sat at a table quietly waiting until 8:22. When I approached the counter to inquire about my order at that time, a different employee said they did not have what I ordered, and asked if I wanted something else instead. Why did the other employee not tell me this when I checked in and picked up the first half of my order? 24 minutes waiting at a Dunkin that wasn’t even busy. I was late

Worst customer service drove in today to order a meal for breakfast while the employee starts screaming at me tru the microphone there's no need to be yelling at customer. If you are frustrated because the customers don't understand you maybe you should try to speak properly and not get aggravated with the customers
