Just plain awful! I've ordered from Culver's before and the past burgers were delicious. However, this monstrosity is inedible. Flat, unappealing burger with uncooked bacon. The fries were cold and not a large portion. The Onion Rings were also cold and stuck together. I will never order from Culver's again. I threw everything in the trash and bought some popcorn from Walgreens. Culver's has lost a customer. Disgusting 🫣 🤮!

I understand there’s always some risk of cross-contamination when eating out that’s part of having a wheat allergy. But this was just careless and honestly kind of ignorant. My food originally came out on a regular bun, and that’s when I realized I forgot to tell them to make it gluten-free. I let the staff know I had an allergy and asked for a fresh burger. Instead, they just took the bun off and handed me the same one back… I saw the same bag go back in and come right back out, and the cheese was still stuck to the bottom of the box because they just tossed it back in. This location is my families favorite Culver's! The food is ALWAYS delicious, correct, hot and fresh! The employees are always courteous, clear speaking and have perfect accuracy! My order is always, fresh, correct, and fast! There aren't a lot of businesses that take pride in the services they provide like this Culver's. Keep it up!

I am absolutely disgusted after a trip earlier today to my local Culver’s of Midway in Illinois. I ordered a 2 pc chicken tender for my kid and THANK GODDDD I break up the pieces first because as I was tearing them apart, I found not one but TWO, nasty what seems like tough hair or string imbedded and cooked into the tenders!!!! The strands had some sort of blue speckled dots along each piece as shown. The second piece I had to put in the ranch so you can see with the white background as the first pic is just the shadow of the first piece. This is disappointing as my kids love this place but I
