I ordered a bbq cheeseburger and a medium-frozen coke spider. When I got my order I was told their ice cream machine wasn’t working and was just handed my food. I was flustered in the moment and just said okay but looking back i feel frustrated that I wasted my money and the staff didnt have any kind of empathy and I wasnt offered anykind of compensation for the uncompleted order. I know the price difference isnt alot but in this economy its pretty ridiculous.

My burger was honestly mouth watering, there was a perfect amount of sauce on my burgers and the meat didnt taste dry or anything! The young handsome lad Behroz, I got his name when he handed me my food, did an amazing job on the food aswell as a nice smile with my meal! The coffee could've been a tad better, somehow the islander lady working burnt the coffee beans? Overall it was a great meal, amazing service and a mid coffee! 👍

A Tasty Experience at Hungry Jack's Berwick😋 I recently visited Hungry Jack's in Berwick and was impressed by the excellent customer service! The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our order was just right😊. The food was delicious too! The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the crispy chips were a perfect side. Overall, a great experience that I'd definitely recommend.
