Waited 12 minutes for my order when there was only 3 of us in the restaurant the customer after me received there order before mine. They were only interested in the drive through orders. My burger was based & put aside. If I hadn't spoke up I think I would still be waiting. Not good enough Hungry Jacks

My first experience with Hungry Jacks...I enjoyed my hamburger & the chips were cooked to perfection but the tables needed wiping & the floor needed sweeping & the rubbish bin needed to be emptied. Under one table was so much rubbish mainly papers...very off putting....maybe a staff member or two didn't turn up for their shifts 🤷

This is the 2nd time ive received my burger cold ,the patty felt like it had been in the fridge. Last time I let it pass as a one off so didn't complain this time I decided to complain , train your juniors properly about food safety because I'm sure they know nothing about it ..this place use to be fantastic, WHAT IS GOING ON ...I get it they like to talk and have fun but do it on your time not mine ...the guy didn't even know how to pour milk to do an ice coffee ...like what . ordered 3 BONELESS chicken, lest to say they all had bone in them and the portion size is just sad and were slightly burnt as well yikes, I remember why I never come here anymore
