One of the best Hungry Jack's establishment in Melbourne. Food served the right way, right portion, right quality. Service was efficient and courteous. Altough I ordered during dinner time and queue was long, only waited less than 10 minutes. The fries done today just mind blowing; right crunch, right colour, right texture, right seasoning, right temperature; had not had fries at this level for a very long time. Establishment side: strategic location, spacious parking, clean-spacious-plenty-seats dining area, and clean-working-properly sized toilets for a fast food joints.

Normally the food here is good but I decided to add a Krispy Kreme Donut to my order,never again, unfortunately it was half stale and nowhere near as fresh as Krispy Kreme usually are. I think you should stick to hamburgers.

What a filthy place…needs a good clean….toilets were very unclean, manager Non communicating, wouldn’t respond in a professional manner at All, We need this place Inspected by The Health department asap, what’s going on in this place nowadays, This Incompetent Manager couldn’t run a Chook Raffle, let alone a Hungry Jacks Store, what’s wrong with this picture I ask anyone else if They too have had such a horrid experience at this particular Hungry Jacks Store too? Asked for fresh patty, i live just 2 mins away, went back home asap got my order. The chicken Royale patty is cold and looks atleast an hour old 🤮 nuggets are cooked from long time too and fries are just left overs from hours. Everything tastes so bad. I specially asked for fresh food and was happy to wait.
