Incompetent service, incredibly understaffed, it’s fast food why am I waiting FORTY MINUTES for my order. Staff is also quite rude and dismissive, I picked up my order from the counter but I also got an ice-cream, they said I had to wait for that. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and asked what I needed. Then the staff member « Aroob A » proceeded to blame me to her co-worker, saying I walked away, though I literally had to do that to drop off the rest my order as I couldn’t hold everything at once. I ordered mobile pickup specifically to avoid these issues

We visited this McDonald's as a family of four to dine in after shopping at Walmart. I have two kids ages 5 and 1. Immediately after walking in, we noticed that half the dine in area was closed off (the tables were clean) the other half of the dine in area tables were all dirty. We usually are able to pick up a high chair for our baby to sit and eat at other locations. We could not find any. Since the tables were all dirty we decided to get our food to go. I ordered a mobile on Makari today but it doesn't have the option of lace eyes on Makari anymore. I asked the lady who was working on the Makari, please add lace eyes. She said I can't add this lace side. I will make the order and give it to you. I won't add it. She talked to me in a very rude way.
