Ordered catering from here. The manager Mary Ann was very nice and accommodating. She labelled all the sandwiches as well so they don't get mixed up and packed up everything to be picked up on time. The food was fresh and warm at the pick up!

One May 25th I ordered a dark roast coffee through the drive thru and when I got home I found they gave me a steeped tea. I immediately logged a complaint through the app. 3 weeks later my complaint has not been resolved. All I asked for was points to cover the cost of the coffee I did not receive. Their Guest Care representatives have told me they sent my complaint to the restaurant at this location 3 times. They have not responded. Now they say they will escalate it to the regional operations team. This has been such as waste of my time for what was a simple issue to resolve. So ridicu

This is the second closest Tim Hortons to me, but it’s the one I usually prefer over the nearest one. The main reason? The staff here are consistently better at making the coffees. I usually get a steeped tea, but I’ve tried several other drinks too—and most of the time, they get it right. Sure, there have been a couple of mix-ups out of 100 visits (which is expected at any Tim), but overall, the experience is solid. The staff here are generally fast and friendly, and that makes a big difference, especially compared to some other locations in the GTA. This place is my second favorite Tim Hor
