I recently visited the McDonald’s in Aylmer and had a generally positive experience. The staff was very nice and organized, and the service felt smooth from the moment I walked in. They also have plenty of self‑serve machines, which makes ordering quick and convenient. However, I noticed that the shelves were completely empty, no muffins, pastries, or other baked items available. I’m not sure why, but it was surprising for a location that’s usually well‑stocked. The station was also missing condiments, including sugar and other essentials, which made it a bit inconvenient for anyone grabbing

Absolutely disgusting food. I don’t suggest anybody buying from there they send you burn fries you pay for extra gravy or extra cheese or anything you got less which is really messed up. Nothing particularly different from the other McDonald's locations, but this one holds years of small memories for me. It was my regular stop on the way to pick up my son from kindergarten and elementary school, a familiar place woven into our routine. Coming back now, I realize how much I’ve missed it — not for anything special on the menu, but for the moments it quietly witnessed. I’ll take some photos next time. Update:

Ordered an iced coffee and found hard black chunks at the bottom of the cup — not coffee grounds. They were solid pieces with no coffee smell. Really concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it at all. This location needs to check their machines. Called and spoke to the manager he told me they can make me one without the chunks in it- yeah no thanks. Maybe clean your machines.
