Best service ever and looks like some new staff so I wanted to give a big thank you to our drive through server guy who went the extra mile to check for us that we had a chocolate dip doughnut ( not pictured we ate it already lol ) and I apologize for asking at the window. He went above and beyond and was so helpful friendly, and the food was so so fresh. Truly thank you ! Our power went out so I’m so glad we ventured out to Tim Hortons :)

I had a very unpleasant experience at Tim Hortons. I purchased an iced coffee, and because it was dark outside, I couldn’t see anything unusual at the time. When I came home and looked closely, I noticed small black particles floating at the bottom of the cup, which is extremely disturbing and unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness, hygiene, and quality control. Coffee is something people consume daily, and finding foreign particles in it is honestly disgusting and unsafe.
