The worst customer service from all the people working at this location. When ordering in drive thru, they cut you off while you're giving the order and ask "anything else?" I have to ask them to repeat my order which they obviously punched in incorrectly. When ordering in the store, it takes 20 minutes to order and get your food and drinks because they're so focused on the drive thru timer. I walked into an empty store today and they had 5 people working to fulfill drive thru orders which wasn't even busy. Please train your employees to provide better customer service.

It's not a "bad" tims to go to necessarily but it isn't great. They are nice and they do generally get the orders correct which is a rarity amongst most tims. Coffee is often burnt though and egg is often filled with egg shell shards which is why my rating is so low.

I’m a regular early morning customer, I enjoy my coffee in the morning going to work. Appreciate the morning staff, who always make my drink (Coffee). They are nice, friendly ,efficient and hardworking. love to come here every morning. They always greet me and treat me politely.

Worst experience ever here. If I could give a lower score I would. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and finally decided to do a review. Whether your in the drive or if you run in to save time it’s the exact same. Bad communication, no one greets you properly or says please and thank you for anything. The orders are wrong 90 percent of the time. I saw 20 plus cars in a line out side when I decided to go in because I only saw 2 people inside. When I got in I stood and waited for 20 min.
