I just have to say that some of the staff are very friendly but there are a few that need to learn English and learn to use the cash register. I have ordered the same thing every time I go for my dialysis treatment and still they manage to mess up the order even when it's ordered through the mobile app and by the time I realize my wrap is wrong I can not go down to fix it because I am already on the machine. Please train your employees on the cash register and where all the buttons are and please have them double check the mobile orders. I feel like they are so busy chatting amongst themselves

TH is mostly viewed as community binding and socialy responsible business. In every community Timmies do what is right to do to brighten up people's day, make customers happy. Right? Wrong! while having spent multiple hours in the ER waiting room, I approached their desk to ask for a little favour - exchange a $5 bill for loonies and boonies to pay for parking across the street (payable only by exact change in cash).. I was refused this little favour of mine. I guess, "operational needs" are above people's needs or customer satisfaction. Call for the management: please ensure there is enough

I ordered a steeped tea and forgot to add milk. Even though it was busy, the staff kindly added it when I asked. Really appreciate the friendly service. This is my regular Tim Hortons location and they’re always great.

I just had a horrible experience at the Tim Hortons in the Brantford General Hospital A-wing, being served by the older lady in glasses. I greeted her with a hi and she said nothing in response, and then when I went to order my large iced sugar free vanilla protein latte she charged me extra for the vanilla even though on the website it says it’s $4.99 (I assume there is a different button that she doesn't know about).
