Good fresh food. Coffee quality not up to the mark. Ambience and sitting places are good. Customer service especially at the orders needs much of an improvement. Sometimes takes time to make them understand your order. Chances of taking wrong orders and prices are above average. Most downside is when they ask 10cents for water for a kid. Ridiculous, isn’t it.

Stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick coffee and realized this area is perfect for easy daily stops ☕🔥 Right nearby is Vape Valley & Co., easily one of the best vape shops in Burlington. Super clean store, huge selection of disposables and pods, and they’re open late which makes it perfect after a coffee run. Staff are also very helpful and take their time with customers. Coffee + vape stop = smooth routine.

Let’s be honest. Not all Tim Hortons are great. Some are not even good. But the service and quality of this Timmies has improved greatly in the last few years. It used to be mediocre at best, but now the orders are always right, the staff doesn’t ignore you in hopes that you use the kiosk to order (like they do in other stores), and the place is always clean. Special shout-out to Rachel for your excellent customer service.
