The morning shift who prepare the food today Satirday April 25 did a louzy preparation of my sandwich. She cut the Bagel uneven and messed up the way the egg, cheeze & sausage. It is a very simple job to align the content of a sandwich. All you need is use your eyes. This Tim Horton's in Kensington service is really bad.

Have dropped in to many Tim Hortons’ locations across Canada with the Missus. Thought this location was relatively clean and bright with plenty of parking. We had no issue ordering via the kiosk and service went smoothly. Though it would have been nice to have a couple napkins included with our food order or at least have a dispenser for self-serve. Otherwise, a pleasant breakfast visit.

This location is terrible. Management is rude and could care less about their customers. I asked for a simply sausage on croissant and they told me they ran out. I asked if I could have a regular croissant which I could see in the display of donuts and they told me by policy no, they couldn’t, when they have done it for me before. The sandwich was for my little girl. I would not reccomend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy a meal. The manger was so rude I can’t believe she’s a manager. Goodness.
