Today I ask for a veggie wrap and I said veggie wrap twice one of the employee named Simran Jeet Kaur made chicken wrap …. I am allergic to meat and when I confront her she started giving me attitude. when I finally spoke with the manager, the manager was kind however she didn’t give me the full information of the owner so that I can pass this complaint to him or her. Now we are filing a complaints against this Tim Hortons in MAPAQ and we are ready to escalate this matter

We ordered wedge fries and crispy sandwiches, but the meal took a long time to prepare. After waiting for so long, the bowl of wedges arrived looking like what you see in the photo—far from full. I asked for it to be filled properly, but they only added a few more pieces. Additionally, the sandwiches were not what we ordered, and the portions were smaller than expected.

Service is very lacking. I ordered through the PROVIDED self-order kiosk and waited a whole half-hour to be called, then came to check-in on my order and they said they didn't have mine. I had to talk to 2 servers then the manager realized they weren't tracking orders through it yet. No apology, no compensation for my time, not even a smile, just a bad attitude and an eye roll. I'm very patient with servers but this was just unacceptable.

Not even one star, the workers doesn’t know any french that’s what causes delay on the service and got my order wrong. I keep seeing people reviewing it and the manager apologizing but no changes are in place.
