This Tim Hortons at the corner of 4th and 5th Avenue SW is one of the reasons I keep coming back, even when I’m trying to stay away from coffee! A special shoutout to Ashneet and the manager, who consistently provide exceptional customer service. They are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely smiling, no matter how busy the store gets. I have been going to this Tim’s ever since I started working in Nov at this Aspen building. The ladies there are very kind and great at customer service. Ash and Vicki have been very good to me and this is one Tim’s I keep coming back to. It’s a friendly atmosphere. The vibes are good.

Ashneet is amazing! Her customer service skills are to be noted. She Is friendly and welcoming. This place can get really busy with a morning and lunch rush and the entire staff should be recognized for their hard work. The staff communicate well together to get orders out as fast as they can and if there are any delays they are quick to apologize. The apology is always sincere and genuine. They are doing their best and it shows. I enjoy my daily visits here for my cappuccino. Thank you

Unfortunate how dirty it is in there. After spending over 45 minutes there I didn't see anybody sweep the floor once.. garbage strewn all over the place. Spit marks all over the windows. I'm not sure if that's what Tim Hortons likes to reflect for their customers but I certainly won't be going there again anytime soon Just for fair reference I've posted several pictures of my concerns.
