Went to get the loaded bowl. Wanted the lime and habanero one but they didn't have enough for 2 bowls so just ordered 1 habanero bowl. It came but when we opened it, it was filled only halfway and they didn't put any habanero sauce but only the lime one, when we asked for habanero. Went to go change it and the girl’s behaviour was absolutely ruthless… she is not worthy of working at any Tim’s Hortons branch or any retail industry. I come to this Tim Hortons very often because I work nearby, but the service is consistently disappointing. Orders take way too long, even simple ones, and there is very little organization. Today I waited around 15 minutes for just a muffin that was already available, while other customers who ordered after me were served first. Would rate it 0 if I could. Dirty washrooms that hasn’t been cleaned for a day for sure. Very disappointed with the atmosphere as well.

I felt quite bad about the staff's attitude even though I only wanted to exchange TimBits with flavors I didn't want for other flavors. There was a misunderstanding due to language and communication, so they mistakenly swapped the flavors I didn't want . I asked them again, but this time they refused and their overt attitude make me felt irritating and uncomfortable😞
