WORST TIM HORTONS EXPERIENCE EVER. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHAITALI SHOULD GET A WARNING FOR WHAT SHE DID. I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a coffee with dairy-free almond milk, but what I received was not freshly brewed and was completely cold. When I asked for a fresh, hot replacement, the staff member, Chaitali, was incredibly rude, raised her voice at me, and treated me as if I was at fault for simply requesting a proper order. Disgustingly dirty pigsty! Coffee on the walls and on some of the pictures for months. The counter area including the glass is grimy and probably have not been washed in months. The bathrooms have to be seen to be believed! The floors are perpetually dirty. The service and the selection is unacceptable and some of the servers seem to lack people skills as one got angry at me because I could not understand what she was saying. I have put in a complaint before and it is obvious no measures were taken to improve the service and hygiene. Probably best to call the Department of Health one's self,

The inside is absolutely disgusting. By far the dirtiest tim hortons ive ever entered. The ability to make food properly is terrible. I ordered a everything bagel 3 times ive had to tell them to put the cream cheese in a amount thats not quite literally butter thin and when did we stop cutting the eagles in half? On my way home I bo8ght timbits for my kids the new ones they have out and they look nothing like what there supposed honestly just look sad. The place needs better management or something but the whole operation sucks.

This used to be a little bit above average Tim's , not any longer. There seems to be a complete staff change once a month, I assume the subsidies we tax payers provide runs out and they rehire. For the first time ever I was asked to pull ahead and wait to get a plain croissant, wow. Rude service to boot.Always seems to be in state of unorganized confusion, I am waiting for the day they tell me they are out of coffee. "Don't laugh" Wait did I just describe every Tim's in Canada . What a national disgrace this company has become. We need another good coffee chain for competition, it's not Star
